Guest Ratings & Reviews
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room I was given was not up to scratch; it was dingy and noisy as it was right below the main reception room. However, the grand balcony offered a tiny sliver of sea view between other rooms. The service, on the other hand, was top-notch with fantastic customer care and advice to upgrade to a more exquisite room. The location was fantastic, away from the high traffic areas but still walkable to the main town despite the 800 steps. The dining experience could have been better with slightly slow service and limited options, but the homemade pastries were a delight.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel with a grand and very spacious balcony overlooking all of Positano, but the soundproofing could be improved. The service was exceptional, going above and beyond to assist us with excursions, transfers, and spa treatments. The location was excellent, high on the heights of Positano, offering a spectacular view, even though it was a bit strenuous to reach downtown. The dining experience was delightful with a variety of options, though it could improve on some requests. The facilities were top-notch, meeting my expectations for a luxurious stay.
My stay at the hotel was truly memorable. The rooms were beautifully appointed, with the only missing detail being hooks to hang bathrobes. The service was exceptional, from the friendly staff to the attentive room service. The location, although not perfect for light sleepers, offered breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere. The dining experience was impressive, with a great selection and quality that matched the price. Overall, a stunning hotel with a few minor drawbacks.
The hotel offers beautifully appointed rooms with some room for improvement, such as the lack of hooks for hanging bathrobes. The service, particularly in anticipating drinks, was outstanding. The location is good but requires a bit of effort to access. The dining experience was generally excellent, though slightly let down on the last day. Overall, a pleasant stay with room for enhancement.
I had a unique experience at this hotel. The rooms, though on the small side, had a special charm to them. The location, right next to another building on the second floor, offered a different view. The friendly service made up for any shortcomings.
The hotel offers beautiful rooms with a great view over Positano, though slightly small in size especially after an invasion of ants on the second night. The service was exemplary, with helpful and attentive staff. The location, superb at the top of the hill, provides a quiet retreat with stunning views, despite limited nearby restaurants and shops. The dining experience was excellent with a variety of hot and cold options. Overall, a lovely stay with a few minor issues.
